LittleBigPlanet is a multi dimensional ps3 game for kids. The kids ps3 games release was highly anticipated, and for good reason. A video game that is quite like any other, Little Big Planet for PS3 intuitively allows you to make your own unique levels. Geared for ages five and above, this wildly imaginative game will still likely mesmerize even younger children due to the fun and realistic graphics.
The setup for the LittleBigPlanet game controller is pretty simple and basic in the fantastical world that awaits you once you reach the different levels. The LittleBigPlanet game has more than twenty primary levels and while some are pretty straight forward in that you simply try to reach the next level, each alternate level offers you the chance to do something totally different than many of the levels before it. Although the levels all have the same basic look and feel, on those alternate levels such as the Metropolis, you are able jump between subway cars, drag race, and explore sewers. Other theme levels include a jungle theme, complete with monkeys and giraffes, and a wild west theme, complete with rides in a mine cart.
On the interactive levels of the LittleBigPlanet game you can find different items to collect. When you find the right stickers, for example, new areas will open up and expand the play even more. Cool accessories such as wooden swords and pirate hooks as well as clothing, and other accessories, can also be earned if you survive the levels or find the needed items to be rewarded. Amusingly players can change their hair style, clothing, facial features, and other things about their character, which is either a Sack Girl or Sack Boy.
Using LittleBigPlanet game within the Playstation Network and an internet connection will enable you to play against people throughout the world. You can invite your friends, and their Sack characters, to play along with you as you of all go off on an adventure together on a level that is totally unique because you built it. You can build other levels that are personalized just for you as well and check your stats online, too.
Although you are playing with people from around the world, this does not mean that Playstation 3 kids games has slacked off on the safety features department. After all, this game is aimed at young children. As such, you, the parent, can decide how much you want to expose on the Playstation 3 kids Games Network as well as how much you want your child to interact with other people. If there is any behavior that you feel is inappropriate, you can report it to the moderators of Playstation Network.
